STEP 1
If you are experiencing difficulties that you think may be due to ADHD, book and attend an appointment with your GP to discuss your problems and how those affect your daily life in detail.

STEP 2
If your GP thinks an assessment is appropriate, ask to be referred to ADHDNET under Right to Choose Framework

STEP 3
Ask your GP to complete and email the local referral form, we will acknowledge in writing that the referral is received within 1 working day

STEP 4
We will contact you to arrange a suitable date within 10 working days 

STEP 5
We will ask you to complete our preassessment forms prior to the assessment

STEP 5
We will complete your assessment within 8 weeks (40 working days) from date of the receipt of the referral.

STEP 6
We will share the assessment report within 2 weeks from completion of the assessment

STEP 7
If you are diagnosed and medication indicated, you will be offered medication titration within 8 weeks of completion of assessment.

STEP 8
Titration will be concluded within three rounds of final chosen medication

STEP 9
We will engage in shared care with your GP to ensure continuation of treatment

Step 10
We will address any concerns and queries from you and your GP during shared care

STEP 11
We will review your care and treatment annual.
